Missus Tattys Nursery are looking for a dedicated, caring & experienced person to join our team for maternity cover. The right person will have the happiness, safety and development of the children as their main priority.
Minimum Fetac Level 6 or recognised equivalent in a childcare qualification required. The successful candidate should also have certificates in First Aid and Childrens First and will be Garda vetted. They should have a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Early Years sector and issues facing children and families.
The position is full time (40 hours) and salary is negotiable depending on experience and qualifications
Expected Start date: July 2022
Some duties include:
· Support children’s developments – emotional, social, physical and cognitive in carrying out activities
· Organise materials and toys to the benefit of children
· Maintain room, and equipment, to ensure the health and safety of children at all times
· Conduct observations and daily updates of children via Childpaths
· Follow the policies and procedures of the service at all times
